Great news, you can make money to use reusable bags. What the fun way to have couple of cents. In Target start new program - you bring any reusable bags and get paid 0.05 for 1 bag. This program works also in Bi-lo, but has to be Bi-lo reusable bag. Thanks Momsbyheart.
